These terms govern authorized access to the Meltify commerce operations platform.

Authorized use
Meltify is provided to approved users for legitimate commerce, production, delivery, analytics, and fulfillment operations. You may use the service only for workspaces and connected accounts you are authorized to manage.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, maintaining accurate workspace information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use Meltify to violate applicable law or a connected provider's terms.
Third-party services
Connected services remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations. Meltify is not endorsed or certified by those providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party APIs or features.
Data and content
You retain responsibility for the products, customer inputs, artwork, files, and other content processed through your workspace. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that content and associated customer information.
Service availability
We work to keep Meltify reliable and secure, but features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every workflow or external integration will always be available or error-free.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Meltify evolves. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate account or website notices. Questions may be sent to the administrator of your Meltify workspace or to support@meltify.com.
