Information we process

Depending on the services you connect and the workflows you use, Meltify may process:

• Account information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Brand, shop, catalog, product, and integration configuration.
• Order, customer, personalization, payment-status, delivery, and fulfillment records.
• Operational logs used for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and auditing.

How information is used

We use information to provide the Meltify workspace, connect authorized commerce services, normalize orders, prepare production assets, route fulfillment, record delivery outcomes, secure accounts, and improve service reliability.

We do not sell personal information or use connected shop data for unrelated advertising.

Connected services

When a shop owner connects a third-party service, Meltify requests only the permissions needed for the selected workflow. Access tokens and shop identifiers are stored separately for each authorized connection. A connection can be revoked through the provider or by contacting the Meltify workspace administrator.

Data sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate requested features, such as infrastructure, asset storage, payments, or fulfillment. Records are retained while needed for active operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business records, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Security and choices

Meltify uses access controls, encrypted connections, scoped credentials, and operational monitoring to protect information. Authorized users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
